Haley Group Proposes “Revenue Without Taxation” Plan For Medicare And Medicaid Reform
The Haley Group has proposed a Medicare and Medicaid reform plan to Senator Richard Lugar which could generate $797 billion without taxation over 20 years. David Haley, CEO of Haley Group, states, “Generating revenue without taxation is not the usual way government works. Our plan not only does this, it is achieved with NO reduction in program benefits or in the number of program enrollees. We urge federal and all state governments to closely examine the merits of this plan.
